Return Policy

Please do not accept order if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.

Discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
 
Used/Washed/Stitched/Altered/Without labels items are not eligible for exchange. Any defect in product can be claimed on presentation of original receipt within 3 days of order receiving.
 
Claim processes may take up to 4 weeks to be verified.

Shipping Charges:
£7.99 on orders of less than £100
Free on orders of £100 or more

This is applicable to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mauritius, Netherlands, New Zealand, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

For the rest of the world, Shipping Charges are a £19.99 on all orders.

The estimated delivery date is provided on both the cart page and the checkout page. It is important to keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in deliveries.

Signature Not Required:
All shipments are sent as "signature not required on delivery".

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:

International Customs Charges:
